Ron's Candidate Statement

Our community deserves a Board that represents its members and operates with transparency, accountability, and independence.

It’s time to strengthen member confidence in how decisions are made and ensure the Association is guided by the needs of the community it serves.

The Association is its members, and the Board’s role is to serve and represent those members.

  • The Board’s role is oversight and responsible governance

  •  Decisions should be transparent, lawful, and financially sound

Today, many members are asking for clearer communication, greater transparency, and a more open decision-making process.

Good governance isn’t complicated - but it does require independence, accountability, and the willingness to ask thoughtful questions.

I’m running because Lake of the Pines deserves a Board that:

  • Acts independently and responsibly

  • Communicates openly and clearly

  • Respects member rights and follows established rules and laws

  • Maintains strong financial oversight while keeping the community affordable for members

This election is an opportunity to move forward with a renewed focus on transparency, accountability, and member engagement.

I am committed to putting members first and ensuring the Board works in the best interests of the entire community.

If you’re ready for thoughtful, transparent, and accountable leadership, I respectfully ask for your vote.
